ISAACLITE – Internet Subscriber Management Software

Overview

Isaaclite is an Advanced Next Generation Software used by Big & Small Hotels, Shopping Malls and Educational Institutes for provisioning and management of their Internet users. It is used for complete management and control of all the attributes of different kinds of customers.

Apart from the ‘AAA’ functions (Authentication, Accounting & Authorization), Isaaclite can also be integrated with a third party Hotel / Property Management Software. At present integration with IDS – PMS (Property Management Software) is working at a number of 5 Star Hotel locations.

Isaaclite has had an overwhelming response from the Indian market and has been deployed at large number of locations all over India. Ramada Plaza Palm Grove, Hotel The Retreat, Raheja Bay, Carlton – Kodaikanal, Grand Hometel (Sarovar Group), Infiniti Mall, Gesco Maritime Institute etc. are some of our important customers.

Spacecom currently offer the following 2 products for Subscriber Management in the Isaaclite range of solutions.

»	‘Isaaclite Edge’ Server – located at the Hotel Premises i.e. at the edge of the network.

»	‘Isaaclite Central Enterprise’ Server – located at the Central Network Operating Centre (NOC) or a Data Centre.

Overview of ‘Isaaclite Edge’

Isaaclite subscriber management software is a feature rich, real-time prepaid / postpaid subscriber management solution for Hotels, Malls, Educational Institutes, Prepaid Internet Card Providers and Bulk Bandwidth Providers. Based on an open architecture, Isaaclite provides real-time control of subscribers on a centralized and a highly scalable platform.

Isaaclite Billing Server can be situated anywhere within the IP network and managed by permission based access, such as network administrator, manager, agent or end user wishing to view records over a given time frame.

Isaaclite Server can be administered by a web interface from anywhere in the world thus providing flexibility of operation and control to the Service Provider.

The ‘Isaaclite Edge’ is located at the Edge of the Broadband Network of the Premises and controls all the attributes like Plans and Bandwidth of the Subscribers.
